Returns Policy

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window for returns. However, please note that due to the unique nature of each product, exchanges for faulty items may not be identical. Instead, you will have the option to select an alternative product at no additional cost.

All collars and leashes are accurately depicted in their respective photographs on our website.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, it is important to document the damaged packaging and item by taking photographs. Please email these photographs to dittawiggles.co@gmail.com.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns based on leather markings or discoloration.

If you need to return an item, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping via registered mail or special delivery. We highly recommend obtaining proof of posting as it will assist in tracking the package in case it is lost, damaged, misplaced, or undelivered.

For items that do not fit your dog upon arrival, you must cover the postage costs for the return. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or exchange, for which you will be responsible for the postage and the cost difference, if any.

Please keep in mind that slight variations in size may occur due to the hand-made nature of our products. If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact us, and we will assist you in finding the most suitable size for your dog.

Returned items that are incomplete, missing pieces, or in unsellable condition (such as stains or dog hair) will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund, which typically takes up to 14 working days.
